Karen only represents private paying clients. She does not take on legal aid cases. This enables Karen to provide the best representation and achieve the best outcomes possible. In most cases Karen can determine the course of action to be followed on the first interview and will be prepared to provide her services for an agreed fee. This removes the additional stress of worrying about money on top of the normal stress caused by the criminal system.
In more complicated cases and trials Karen Harding invoices at an hourly rate for time spent with regular invoices so that the client is aware of the costs incurred.
A retainer is normally required. All monies paid to Karen will be held in the Karen Harding Trust account. Money can only be released to Karen for work done following the issue of an invoice to you for the work completed. Interim invoices may be issued for matters which extend longer periods of time.
